- Taryn G Added November 21, 2017★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆While the onsite staff and nurses provide adequate care I have had an absolute horrible time dealing with the finance department of Kensington Aged Care known as BACG. They have incorrectly removed money from my account and then have not been able to work out how to refund me correctly even up until now. They do not apologise and nor do they care about the families. They ignore correspondence and they have even told me "we do not deal with complaints during payroll week". Then they can't even fill out the name on the cheque properly. Pity because as I have said the onsite staff and nurses seem to care about the residents.
